Like i said, i have never ridden a motor-cycle in my natural life, but i REALLY REALLY want to learn how too, so should i do to learn and gain the license?

just go catch you a dirt bike and get going. they are great and you'll be so happy you did. i might stay stale the street bikes at least for a while. people are crazy out at hand.
contact your state's registry of motor vehicles. they may be able to donate you a list of aproved schools. I took one here within MA and swear by it for any one riding a motorcycle, even those with years of riding experience.

Here is a bit known fact, if you wander up to someone with a motorcycle and start talking beside them and say you have never ridden a motorcycle previously and ask them to take you for a short ride, there is a 99% randomness that they will jump at the chance to allow you to perceive the joy of riding.
We love having the oppurtunity to show nation the freedom that you feel when you ride.
My Dad thought bikes meant consistent death. He finally took a ride with me when he be 72,(his first, he loved it !)
We went riding 3 times that summer and planned on more for the next. I thought he'd even carry a bike of his own.
But, life is sometimes cruel and he passed away that winter.
I treasure those rides and have photos taken by my biker friends of us to prove it.
Moral of the story... Live for today! Go for it !

Here surrounded by Pennsylvania it's free. I spent $10 to get my learner's permit and took the course. It be two evening classes and two weekend daytime riding days. At the end of the second day of riding you clutch your test, and if you pass it you find your license.

To cram there's the motorcycle safety foundation. You pay a tax and they give you a classroom and a hands-on (with a real motorcycle) class. In California (not sure more or less the rest of the US) DMV will wave the riding test if you intervene this class. You will only have to outdo the written test. This why you need the classroom division. You can learn by having one of your friends initiate you (I did), but I highly advice you to filch this course as they will teach you things you don't think you obligation - and those things will probably save your life. I took the course because I didn't want to filch the riding test at DVM and I was glad I did. They charge something like $200-$300 for a couple of weekends (about 6 hours each day).
