I want an R6, but am I in place?

I'm considering getting an R6, but I'm a little edgy on the outcome. I've read reviews and advice from the experienced riders, but I've pretty much get my heart set on a R6. I do drive a 5-speed 240sx (if that means anything). My experience consists of riding dirt-bikes, and rental Aprillia's bikes at Panama City. Plus, my buddy who's getting a 600 too told me he rode his work-friend's GSXR-600 at work for the first time on a bike and said it be just similar to the Panama City bikes but faster! lol! So what do ya'll think??

Painting a motorcycle frame?

Answers:    Modern sportbikes are deathlike serious machines. They're tightly-wound and twitchy like racehorses. The R6 is probably the most that passageway. All the Japanese mfgrs have 600cc sportbikes and they re-engineer them every couple of years to appropriate off 15 lbs and make a payment 15 hp, because the competition is so tough.

I'd say if you want one, win one! If you can ride a bike you can ride an R6. It has more to do beside YOU than the bike, more to do with how grow and responsible you are. The bike won't get away from you. If you're dumb plenty to do wheelies and stunts, you'll get kill and make oodles organ-recipients happy!

It's an incredible contrivance. Not my style because I like long trips and I have need of something a little more comfortable. But really a wonderful sportbike. I'm sure you'll similar to it! Just take it confident, don't get above your rank of skill.

What is your dream bike and why?

if you're not sure yet, use the see tracks first and wear your gears.
