Install Break Pads on 08 Honda CRF 250? (Motocross bike not a motor or anything)?

Doesn't tell me how on the manual and I don't want to do anything stupid. does anyone know of a site or flat out recount me how?

What is the out-and-out best, maximum protection...

Remove wheel then using tire iron or hulking screwdriver, force the piston back into the caliper. Remove the hanger pin that holds the pads. The hanger pin is underhand under a threaded plug that uses a straight blade screwdriver, After removing the plug you'll see the end of the hanger pin, it requests a hex key to unscrew the pin from the caliper. Remove pads. In the caliper here is a spring clip at the back of the caliper, be sure that is within place when putting the new pads contained by. When pads are in place, reinsert hanger pin.

Rear reins
Everything the same, except you might have to remove the caliper from the swing arm to achieve the old pads out and the current pads in. Remember to spread the feeble pads apart while they're still in the caliper so that when you slide the disc wager on into the caliper there will be enough clearance between the foreign pads.

Go to this link and look at the parts diagrams for the calipers.
