Can i remove the electric horn on my motorbike and fit a air horn,
the horn is a old style chrome horn near a black rubber ball type thing at the conclusion that i squeeze and it forses air out to make the horn nouns.
the horn will be fitted to my handle bars on a 1979 honda

Technically, this is legal to do - but why disconnect the electric horn? Just preserve it as it is and fit & use the chrome horn. Why remove the electric horn, just fit the bulb horn if you want it? It is not resembling the electric one takes up a hug amount of space. Do you really think that a short blast from a bulb horn is going to bring noticed by anyone when you need them to perceive you in an emergency? You need to appropriate your hand off the controls to squeeze the bulb and if you are career towards the car that has pulled out within front of you then this is not a great idea.
