Just bought a pocket quad?

I just bought a used pocket quad for my 4 year feeble son. He can ride a 50cc dirtbike. Will this be safe for him to ride. Closley supervised obviously, I thought it was a step towards a 50cc atv. The guy didn't know anything give or take a few it. Does anyone know how fast they budge, I don't think it have a govoner. Any info will be helpful.

You can block the carb, so it does not open adjectives the way to full throttle.

You should stick to allowing your child to ride only what is recommended for their age group. Let children be children , they will progress up fast ample.
