Maybe getting a motorcycle....?

want something cheap and FAST (if there is such a item...). i'm about 5' 7" and 110 lbs, so i'd want it to be sensibly easy to control for my size.

the inevitable sound out: what should i get??

Driving law?

Fast don't come cheap.

What is the best upgrade for crf150f?...

First bike, I embezzle it. Better stick to the cheap and used - save the FAST for following. You are likely to bend the first one up a bit while you swot, especially if you like speed as much as it sounds. You are sure to misjudge your speed going into to a couple of turns!

Go for a Ninja 500, or a Suzuki GS500E. Maybe a Honda 450 Nighthawk, or a Buell Blast? They are flawless solid bikes to learn on.

WIich socket step i use to tuning...

Answers:    Agree next to no such thing as cheap & hasty,
probabally look for something in the 450-to no larger than 650 cc size list.. cruisers would give you a lower form height..but reduced cornering clearance (compared to sportbikes) try to harmonize between the largest size bike you can comfortabally control flatfooted, and the weight of the bike.. a eccentric or nighthawk 450, or maybe a vstar 650, or volousia, or vulcan, or some other flavor as far as cruiser...
the vstar 650 weigh about 550 lbs if I remember..

my GF started on a individualist 250 then moved to the v star 650, next the v star 1100, I used the v star 650 then moved to a 1300..

acquire what turns your head..and make you happy, that you can control.. settle on your overall use for the bike, transportation, short rides, or multi mile tours..
then find things that you resembling and decide..

The MSF fundamental rider course may shed a little insight into choices as in good health, if you have not taken it until that time it is very worthwhile..
