How do you toon your moped up?
First verbs or replace spark plug. If that does not cure it suspect a blocked exhaust. If you remove the exhaust system, block one end and pour a penetrating soda mixture (read the instructions on the packet CAREFULLY first) into it. Leave overnight. Flush out and refit. Hopefully all is afterwards okay!

if two stroke have you run it out of grease or is it over bored to a 70cc, this puts strain on the parts and you could have worn the rings out so low compression.
wet through could be getting into the HT circuit and effecting the Cdi unit. so cause a temporary short.
it could be contained by need of a service plug filter and decoke of exhaust

2 stroke: It is likely you enjoy a clogged exhaust, dirty reeds, or a bad spark plug.
4 stroke: Look at the carb, filter and spark plug, can be a possible CDI problem too.
