Motorbike restrictor kit (Britain)?

Ive been told by a seller that they can be paid to put a restrictor gear in and sign a form to articulate that it has be put in, and afterwards be paid to bear it back out, which doesnt involve any official forms. Apparantly its a court loop hole if you havent passed direct access and are restricted to 33bhp for two years, and that as long as the original restriction tools form has be signed, its legal.

I do not see any thing wrong beside the fitting or the removing of a kit, the trader has done his duty, but if you are stopped on a bike that should be restricted then YOU are breaking the ruling as your licence does not correspond so it will be you that has the bike conviscated or a fatty fine. Oh and of coarse you loose your licence.

I've not heard of that, but the police will know straight away when they hear your 50cc bike screaming down the street at 50 mph and thats a big donate away especially if you are of the age that you should be riding a restricted bike.

I'd be careful if you plan to use this "loophole" if I be you.
