Answers: The lone state that I know you can legally split lane (pass in between vehicle that are stopped at an intersection) is California. As far as the front wheelie goes that is to say up to your abilities and motorcycle. It is unconstitutional to do on a public street or highway any where surrounded by the U.S. as it is against U.S.D.O.T. regulations.
