i have a helmet cam and to mount it it has a rubber strap that you stretch around your helmet. the problem i am have is 9 times out of 10 it will film the side of the track..im just looking for a few tips on how to ensure i hold it mounted correctly and it will film whre im goin not what im passing.
Roost, we use marine level velcro it has hook and loop on both sides, it has never one-time it came with our 20twenty helmet cam . top mount is best if you are on a track, we use our camera on the side within the woods trees and stuff. we also use a remote on-off switch (lanc remote) from sony. google helmet cameras there are several companies that have sites next to all kinds of tips on using a helmet cams hope this help ben

I bought some styro-foam and shaped the foam with a razor gouge to exactly the way i wanted mine and made it lastingly mounted to my helmet and i have a camera dirt bike(one on the front fender, one mounted on the rear fender, one mounted on the handlebar clamps).
