First off,

You involve to go to school, it is stinging to read your post! Keep in school.

Ok, your bike is already unendorsed, and that is the fastest Jog I ever heard of (and I know mopeds).

There is NO WAY this bike will ultimate 2 more years running it that hard, and there is one and only one way to fix that.

You need more displacement, which process another bike. You will have to upgrade to a 150, to do 55MPH reliably. If you are too young for that, in recent times be glad you have something to ride. I would assume you do not need to commute to a charge, or anything like that, so you should be satisfied.

One daylight you will be doing sick wheelies, and running 45MPH, and a cop in a bad mood will confiscate your bike, and bring you downtown. By the channel, 30MPH is the fastest you are allowed to go on a moped.
...ok~

What would furnish me more bhp, a...

mopeds are not intended to go more than 25-30 mph so since yours already goes 45 i would say aloud you are ahead of the game i would suggest you not make it shift any faster since it was not designed to. but if you were to switch your sprokets to a larger one on the motor and a smaller one on the rear wheel it would enjoy a higher top speed but it would take longer to bring there. or you could drill out the jets surrounded by the carb also you could open up the exhaust pipe mainly at the motor and if you could stand the thud knock out the baffle in the muffler. remove the head on the motor and port it near a grinder also if you put larger diameter wheels on it that would make it faster. but similar to i said it wasn't intended to go that fast conceivably buy a dirt bike instead. good luck just so you know the picture intertwine that you have posted in your query is not a moped it is a scooter. but everything is the same concept for modifying. a scooter of that sort in apt for about 35-45 mph

Proper instrument to reheat up motorcycle?

cf posh makes some cdi unit that eliminate the rev limiter.pipes. heads . carbs google monster mopeds Yep, most mods are forbidden, but no more then they are on bigger bikes. it will never be fast adequate, you'll always want to go simply a little faster. even hayabusa guys want to go faster!.moral luck!keep the mirrors , they aren't slowing you down.keep it as stock appearing as possible, the cops don't approaching loud pipes on any bike. One thing nice about the little bikes is it's easier to see what moral (or bad) your mods did. don't go grinding your heads, unless you know what your doing you will do more damage then good.
OOOOKAAY!! Well, the bike is not imagined to last anything like two years the path you are treating it, slapping some modifications on it will just shorten it's life more. To be honest, I don't dream up YOU are gonna make it two years driving like you give the impression of being to be doing.

Look at what you are driving! Ten inch wheels, and ten inch tires, not high profile things, lately itty bitty tires designed to travel a relatively slow speeds... Got any idea how fast those little things fry up? They heat up, the air within there expands, and BOOM your butts in the atmosphere as tire gives out at 50 mph... the impact is gonna be UGLY!

Sell the bike and get one made to travel at the speeds you want to travel at. Plenty of used bikes on the bazaar... but it is YOUR call, YOUR body, and YOUR money...

Listening to Motorcycle Exhausts until that time...

...ok~
