My Honda NS125-FH and its under repair due to a coolant loss problem occuring!!
primarily the standard headgasket u buy from fowlers dont fit, so I relised its got a bigger piston and cylinder sleeve. i measured it straight across next to a tape guess and its 66mm instead of the standard size 56mm, so what could I do to get a headgasket that fits? the standard headgasket size is too small, cause the piston to hammer the headgasket when it comes to TDC Stroke, ( which aint gonna do any favours? )

p.s i dont have a clue who changed the piston ect. i brought the bike minus any history, but the barrel say 124cc on!!
so i guess they havent changed the barrel. but enjoy only changed the cylinder sleeve and piston ect. .
so im guessing it isnt a bigger firkin but just a bigger sleve

he have tuned 2 strokes since before I be in nappies and really REALLY know his onions!
He sells the big bore kit and all spares for them inc the overbored gaskets.
He is a nouns no bull bloke and he will get ya bike running devout!...............glad you found the problem!

Fowlers will only supply you next to standard bits, Legally that is adjectives they are obliged to do.
I believe your engine have been taken out to 150CC
Look for standard parts and return the engine wager on to 125CC trust me you'll find an improvement. Running the larger bore is going to verbs your crank as the mass of the components are now out of harmonize
Flog the barrell and oversized piston on Ebay to recoup some of the costs
Answers: Try calling TTS ceremonial ltd on 01327 858099 although they deal basically with 4 strokes they can supply over sized boss gaskets, maybe they could put you contained by touch with a entrepreneur of 2 stroke gaskets. PS years ago i had a NS125 next to a malossi180cc big bore kit on it it run fine and went close to stink. Hope this helps.
