Answers:    You do own a bizarre problem there.

Hard to update which oil to be exact,,,,,
but it looks like Transmission Oil contained by the photo

.........................................
There's only 1 course Trans Oil can get surrounded by there.
Thats from a Crack contained by the crankcase casting.

That's EXTREMELY few and far between to see

Drain your transmission grease,,,and Re-Fill with Automtatic Transmission Fluid.

It will be closely easier to distinguish which oil it is that's leak.

ATF is much better for gearbox & clutch anyway.
......................
On 2 Stroke engines,,,it's Not so unusual to see ENGINE oil within there.

But the Engine will run VERY POORLY and erratic .

And next to the Volume of oil surrounded by the mag area,,,
it's possible,,,but unlikely it would run at adjectives for very long.
.........................................
There's NO towpath for Transmission Oil to get into at hand Except a Crack.

And Engine Oil would be VERY Diluted with Fuel.
It would smell resembling Gasoline very strongly.

That would be coming thru the Crankshaft trademark from the engine.
.
............................
Determine WHICH oil it is,,afterwards you can begin to find where on earth it's leaking.

In the 3rd Photo--close-up of the Mag,,,
That LOOKS approaching a Crack just to the right of the rope grommet.
In about the middle of that triangle shaped cavity the Blue Wire runs thru.

Those features can be tricky,,,commonly they are mere Casting Mold lines.
That LOOKS more like a Crack to me though.
If it IS,,,there's no recounting how it radiates thru the suitcase internally.
It's just Suspcious-looking while there's a bleak leak of undiscovered root.

You may try using a VERY Bright Light and looking Very Closely at the Case Surfaces inside the Mag Cavity.
A Crackk would necessarily be To the Righ of the Crank Centerline.

And probably "higher" than the oil smooth,,,or it would be steadily dripping out.
Oil Level in those is NOT deeply high.

Oil get slung around in Transmission,,,which is how it can seep from somewhere Higher than the Oil Level..

Smell Inside that cover,,,if it has a VERY distinct Fuel Smell,,,that's a Crankshaft Seal seepage,,,,or it could be a crack in the Engine bit of the Cases.

If not,,,it's almost certainly a Crack surrounded by case between Transmission Area and Mag cavity.

Good Luck,,,permit us know what you find.

I'm very curious something like what's leaking.

***If you dont want to,,or cannot ride it,,,,You can consider trying This---if it seem more like Trans Oil.

Fill it FULL next to ATF,auto trans fluid.
Then "stand bike on end" safely ,some how.
Tie Back gearstick & hang if from a rafter or tree,,,or but spinal column wheel on a high-ceilinged box or something.

That will Tilt bike Forward and along with the volume of excess grease,,,it will FLOOD the front and upper areas of the Transmission Case.
An area where on earth there's normally NO OIL standing.

Sounds Goofy,,,and it's a "waste" of a couple quarts of grease,,,but it Will leak thru from Gravity almost Surely.
Just a suggestion,,,to possibly Induce the leak to crop up.

In any case it should Not be tough to find,,,,,from either riding it or oil-flooding it.

What would be the fastest 85cc dirt...
