So for scooters that are 50cc and below you can ride it with an tedious license, but if it's over 50cc you need a motorcycle license. But in that are pocket bikes that are 110cc and can be ridden by 12 year olds. So pocket bikes that can go 55MPH can be ridden by 12 year olds minus any sort of license? And also are pocket bikes street legal since they can stir so fast?
