Scooter problem?

i have a 50 cc scooter but i only just changed the carb, clinder ( to 70cc inc piston, piston rings etc ) and i put a new sports exhaust. But when i start the bike, it revs but the rudder dosnt seem to want to block on, ive checked the clutch and everything like that and it adjectives seems to work correctly, i be wondering what could be affecting the wheel from not movin, it does take into custody sometimes, is it just the air/oil mixture that wants adjusting on the carb or can it be something else?

Mx bike any suggestions?

Answers:    As noted before-WHAT formulate, model, year of vehicle are you asking about? What genus of transmission?- Comet type belt drive beside double pulley, Centrifugal drum clutch? Disc clutch and front pulley sheave? Planetary gear drive like some Puchs and Tomos? Auto clutch and gear tranny similar to Honda? ?

Does anyone know a apposite 125 motorcycle...

Sounds like you've oil the belt that drives the rear. You read aloud it catches on instance so the belt is not missing or broken. So it is slipping either because of grease or too much slack.
