ok so i have this 1983 enduro and it runs great after it get warmed up and keep hold of it at the high rpm's but as soon as you tolerate go of the throttle for 5 second it will stall right away and it is hard as hell to achieve started. I allready cleaned the carbs twice and i was wondering if anyone have any simple suggestions for me to get this item running like spanking new. All and all this is a great bike.
Answers: What model is it? A yamaha Enduro? Honda?
Anyway, it sounds resembling you're low on compression. Have a compression test done first in the past you try anything else.
from my past exsperience...variety sure when you clean carb out that you remove adjectives needle valve...be sure and blow through all holes....next when you re-assemble carb...turn air screw out 2 complete turnsthat should draw from it to start and run till you adjust carb to your standards!
