ZZR600. New stator, Cover, starter, and battery

Is it fully charged?
Check the electrical system from the battery through the starter solenoid to the starter for verbs, tight connections. Also check the negative side to ground.
That's the simple stuff.
Your starter may be bound up. Out of alignment during installation will do it.
