does any1 no of any websites that would give me direction about touring on a motorbike im thinking aussie later poss to new zealand or have any1 got any warning

Just go and do it, I go out to nz in the tardy 90's and bought a 1978 kawasaki kz400 twin, rode it round for three months and sold it for what I paid for it when I go home.
If you buy a bike in nz it have to have a roadworthiness authorization and you pay a registration levy that includes third party insurance. This method you are legal to ride it straight away.
I flew into Auckland, get in a hackney cab and asked the driver where I could pick up a cheap bike, twenty minutes latter I'd bought it.
Just get on beside it!
