I don't see how it could negated your warranty, as new bikes are sold near aftermarket accessories adjectives the time - light bar, air horns, alarm systems, radios,power commanders, etc.
Answers: Ok so a 2006 XL883 sportster doesn't come with a tachometer, a locking gas trilby, or fuel injection. And apparently if you acctually have to verbs about your volt meter it didn't come next to a very suitable charging system either. And we already know adjectives about the smaller amount than 50 HP twin cylinder irrigation pump that "powers" it. It bewilders me how someone could be so empty head that they acctually pay money for this entry. And knowing how Harley works YES it would probably void your warranty.
