I wholheartedly believe in wearing a helmet, to be precise not the question, but I believe nearby should no be a law to net you wear one. I am wondering if anyone else see it similar to me. Should there be a National Motorcycle Helmet Law, or should the states enjoy it, or perhaps you might deliberate no helmet should be forced on a rider's head. My judgment is "helmets good, infringing law, bad"!
Answers: It should be a matter of choice --- minors excepted.
Personally, I other wear a helmet. But I wouldn't like it forced down my throat. After adjectives, it's MY life. And whether or not I am wearing a helmet does not affect risks of other riders or drivers.
So --- I agree near you that "helmets are good" but "infringing laws" are bad.
same as seatbelt law
