I have a 150cc scooter that runs basically fine. One day I notice it was a LOT louder than usual, sounding slightly approaching a harley. Turns out two nuts holding my muffler to the engine had loosened and fall off. Well I get some new ones and it did backing a good bit. However very soon, it still has a incredibly strange sputtering sound resembling a helicopter or lawnmower or something. It used to sound impressively smooth but now on fester even it just put-put-putters around. What could be wrong here?

Answers: run pipe completely off and verbs the carbon off the pipe ...you hold a small leak.
later wrap several wraps of teflon tape around the pipe until that time re installing the pipe
