Re-pack the silencer. When you take it apart make sure you own medium size plastic tub because that packing is going to be nasty and sure you rake over the harden packing off the inner pipe and clen it up valid good and the inside of the silencer cover too. Packing cost between $12 to $20 your local dealer will hold it in stock.

exactly what "sound" are you looking for it to have? throatier, louder, clapped out, rattle, brappier ... might try by disassemblying your silencer and replace the packing objects. it might be saturated with unburned 2 stroke grease / carbon build up .
