I'm looking to get a cruiser type bike and a few what I've notice are the following:
Honda Shadow
Suzuki Intruder
Yamaha Warrior
I'm looking to get a low closing cc, around 500-600 (I know the low end for the Shadow is 750cc though)
But which one would provide the best performance? And also which year?
Also I'm not looking to carry a sports bike so don't say one of those. Thanks.
Answers: I own a 2005 Honda Shadow. It's a 600 cc. It's a great bike. I really enjoy riding it. I go on a ride from PA to TN and back near my dad and brother (a Harley Sportster and Kawasaki Vulcan - both over 1000 cc's) over the summer, and I had no problems keeping up near them.
The main factor is which bike you touch most comfortable on.
You won't go wrong near any of those bikes !! They are all solid. My suggestion would be to verbs about comfort and fit. Go sit on adjectives of them and take them out for testing rides. I think you will find out which is going to be more comfortable and you also may discover that you want something bigger than basically a 500-600 cc bike. I used to own a Honda VTX 1300R and I really liked it......very soon I have a 2008 HD Road King.
