It is a standard, although, some models look more like cruisers. I think it must depend on the year. As I said in the past, bikes aren't usually put into segments such as economy and luxury.
Answers: The CT 100 DELUXE W FAIRING is the most expensive CT110, but the least expensive model line sold by Bajaj. So that model is the deluxe revision of an economy classed bike.
In the west, motorcycles are classified by types, or designed usage. The CT110 is classified as Standard Street motorcycle and because it has a small engine, it would be market as an "economical commuter".
