ok can someone tell me Why the H. the new superbikes look "one eyeD?".. i plan c'mon must be a "legal explanation" but.. What the f with the designers it looks resembling one bulb is burned or something!.. i just cant stand it! WHY? dont u think? 10 points pls
Manufacturers switched from regular filament bulbs, to ultra soaring candle power, H7 bulbs.
H7 bulbs only come in single filament (one beam).
Instead of installing 2 bulbs within one headlight assembly, the high & low beams are used within different headlight housings.
The prizmatic designs, on the inside of the lenses, are shaped differently.
The high beam assembly is shaped, to produce a joist of light that is reflect well beyond the visibility and at a different angle, of the low beam.
In other words, the smirk of light that extends out from the high strut head light assembly, is magnified at a different rate, than the low beam's assembly.
The close result is a better performance head frothy, than a single lense, with one prismattic design and one bulb.
yo dude calm down.
operation with it.
Because apparantly twin lighted bikes can look like a car contained by the distance instead of a bike up close in the dark.

Answers: I agree! it's certainly retarded!
I felt like a total jackass when my buddy rolled up beside his brand new CBR and I asked him how the **** he burned a headlight out already!
As for that other guys answer, they started that long before HIDs be a stock thing, and I'm pretty sure that they're still just an selection and not standard equipment, and that the headlights do come with high and low filament (not the hids), but I'm not 100% sure.
Anyhow, it's really stupid, along with the little mini ferrings on the new 08's that piss me the hell past its sell-by date! and pulling the exhaust out from under the seat for a midget pipe, not moderately sure how I feel about that one however!
I'm about ready to **** a brick over here, guess I'm not getting a tentative bike for a while!
