Yamaha blaster wont shift down?

i have a Yamaha blaster 1997 it works good the engine and adjectives and it shifts up gears but for some reason it wont shift down gears unless i shut it off and gear down afterwards go again can you please help me

SetUp Vision Boots...Anyone hold experience near them?

Have somedody check clutch, mabe substandard or could be dirt inside.Maybe a simple fix!
