Car keeps adjectives out (electronics and engine) at once
Dealership cant diagnose prob.
Want to give it backbone to us and let us drive it (wife and kids generally in in attendance only)
No warning when it cuts out.
Ques: who is liable for an catastrophe. Us if car cuts out near no warning or dealership who know its fault but want to give it stern.

Answers: If you bought it from the dealership and it was fine when you bought it later there's nothing you can do. If you took it to the dealership to capture it fixed and they can't fix it and told you they can't then how can the dealership be responsible for you.
Take it to another contractor, if not try a private shop. You are liable but who exactness it your wife and kids you are talking going on for.
Keep on taking it to places until you can find out what wrong. Sorry that not much to go on but approaching I said it is your family.
