Answers: I don't see color effecting a wreck at darkness, because you really can not tell the colors that well anyway. Thats what headlight are for.
Any bright colors seize more tickets. Green would be hardler to see on some contry roads so that could be wrecked more. But i dont see a color being more pron to wreck at night over another color.

Yes, I believe that sighting a black car in shadows is the same as a white car surrounded by the snow or a gold/silver car in the sun.
