A snow plow (state truck) took stale my mailbox...?

My box is about 4 foot off the pavement.

It's not a costly fix but immediately I have a partly foot of snow and ice surrounded by my yard so I'm kinda batty.
I'm going to tell the post department to hold my mail.

This be a great way of coming home after a hours of darkness shift was'nt it?

What should I do, Take it with a crumb of salt?
