This is for California residents. In the California driver handbook it clearly make a distinction between the three lanes of a freeway, disappeared is the fastest one. Does that mean the speed confine is different for each one? The speed demarcate says 65 so my request for information would be is that the speed limit for the slow lane or the entire freeway? By the means of access 65 is awful slow. I live in Fresno CA, our freeways be built by CalTrans and maintained by the State of California so I own no clue about Interstate freeways nor am I asking nearly them.

The speed parameter is the same for the entire freeway. Some ancestors choose to drive a little slower than 65 and they must use the right paw lanes, so faster traffic may surpass on the left. The furthest left lane (called the #1 lane) is reserved for the fastest traffic, the #2 and #3 lane are used by the truckers and slower traffic. The truckers are limited to 55 MPH on the freeway and passenger vehicle towing a trailer are also limited to 55 MPH.
If you hold a desire to go 70 MPH officially in the Fresno nouns, go on Freeway 99 northbound from Shaw Ave. or Southbound Freeway 99 south of Jensen Ave., it is posted 70 MPH nearby.
Be careful out in that. Oh and by the way, the CHP uses airplanes to clock your speed on the freeways here surrounded by Fresno, you'll never see them until it's too late.
Hope I answered your cross-examine. If you have any more question, e-mail or heck, you can call.

According to the California "Drivers Manual" (the one you study to steal the drivers test) You can't drive faster than the weather allows or "safe to do so" So the speed curb may be 65...but if its raining like hell...You can achieve pulled over and cited for unsafe speed......but I have found....even if the speed factor is 65...and the weather is Super-nice...you can usually get away near driving say..70.....if your not doing anything stupid....similar to passing other vehicle..or doing constant lane changes..the Police and CHP mare looking for those that "Stick out resembling a sore thumb"..
Unbelievably fruitless teen driver?
