Accident Experts?

so last hours of darkness while i was on my means of access to a movie i was subsequent to a SUV about to bring on the freeway. We both went at matching time it was to my not here and as we were going she begin honking her horn at me (i think she thought i be in her lane) but i wasnt. So as we take on the freeway it opens to two lane and she stays in the slow lane beside me and gets up in about two foot of my bumper (her headlights disappear she was so close). So i slowed down to 55 within a 65 and she still stayed behind me, so hunch uncomfortable near her that close I tapped my brakes to capture her to back sour... well she jerk her wheel firm left and skidded out and hit the wall and later went support to a stop in the median. I go back to produce sure she was alright, highway patrol come out and i filled out a statement as a witness he told me to put.... can she do anything to me??

Does anyone know when form belts started...

Answers: IF YOU READ THE NEWS YOU MIGHT HAVE SEEN THAT THE SAME THING HAPPENED NO THAT LONG AGO AND THE PERSON THAT TAPPED THE BRAKES WAS FOUND TO BE AT FAULT AND PAID ALL DAMAGES.

you could be given a citation for contributory negligence, but it's her responsibility to maintain her vehicle under control. Don't slow down lower than the speed limit or stroke your brakes just to attain back at someone, it's chancy, as you found out. Just drive at the limit and don't respond to anything anyone else does to piss you bad. eventually she would have given up and gone around you.
