Advice please?

I am 25 years old and own not driven a car for 4 years, I really want to bring back back doing a tour but an quite worried. Although I passed my theory and practical first time, i never really get back into a coup�� after that. Now I want to start driving again so that I don't have to maintain relying on my husband to take me everywhere. i can still remember adjectives the techniques behaind driving but I am still reasonably nervous just about getting back doing a tour, my husband has offered to hold me out for refresher lessons when theres not so copious cars about so that I can gain used to everything again, but I admit that I can go and get a bit panicky. I am trying to get over it, but it's still making me bushed.
Has anyone else ever been within this situation? Any idea on how to combat my nerves and become a confident driver ( i other think i'm going to crash).
