Answers: Okay, I'll be brave, 18 is too young-looking for most kids I know. put their fat, workshy butts back on bicycles and buses.
1) the judgment insurance companies, (the record keeper of our world) charge an arm and a leg to insure those under 24 is they are responsible for most wrecks.
2) they stroke irresponsible behind the reins, more interested in texting than driving
3) rude, incomplete manners, lacking the experience to figure out why they look before varying lanes, why they acquire to highway speed before getting to the shutting of the on ramp ... act approaching they are the only individuals on the road
4) they should own a period of time of paying bills and really self responsible before getting down a ton of metal going 70 mph

I qualified my daughters to drive at 5 and 7. They can shift better than most men, they are great drivers and my oldest got a adversity license to help her grandmother around, when she be 14 and the state trooper who tested her said she was the best driver she have ever seen, so it's not that I am against kids or any silly item like that. I survey them and they usually have no model what is going on around them. traffic around them is a constant suprise because they stay distracted by everything except traffic.
