All-way stop signs surrounded by Ontario?

I have some question about all-way stop signs surrounded by Ontario.
Since pedestrians always hold the right of way... if i am making a left-turn at an all-way stop sign and theres a pedestriian crossing the road that i want to get hold of onto, do i wait at the stop file until he walks adjectives the way? or am i allowed to jump to the middle of the intersection? if there are cars that arrived at the other stop sign after me, does it transmute anything? thanks!

What do you have it in mind...

Answers:    I'm surrounded by Ontario but agree with BankerLA.

If you interest the pedestrian and the other vehicle it's really your judgement call!
Of course you permit the pedestrian go, but are you manner enough to permit the other driver go, or hold them up too?

For the five second lost it's not worth everyone there getting stressed!
Was the other driver honking?

You can proceed to the middle of the intersection and free your position or turn after the pedestrians are clear...
