Okay after I first got my 90 Seville I first newly put 20% tint on the car. At the time it be great, but over time it just didnt get the impression dark adequate for me and I was never pulled over, so I get 15% all across, again the first month I feel I was looking cool again, but next again, it just wasnt gloom enough for me! and I still havent gotten pulled. So this is my plan, I am planning to capture a 00-03 Deville soon anyways but on this Car I plan to go adjectives the way out, I be a sign of 5% tint on the side windows and flipside window and I am also going to get hold of the windshield tinted. I am considering 20% on the windshield to make a serious assassin looking effect of deep dim throughout the car, but consequently again I want to be able to see where on earth Im driving, I can imagine that self hell at night especially surrounded by rain. But a guy at my institution has a Charger and his tint is so depressing you cant see in the motor AT ALL even the windshield looks like it have 5% across the entire thing! to me that only looks sick, yall dont thinkso?
Answers: I have both professional and personal experience near this. Personally i have 5% adjectives around and 35% on the front windshield. The 50% in my evaluation is too light for the front windshield and the 15% is too see for night time driving. it is also influential to place a front windshield tint that is a large amount lighter than the sides because it wont' be as noticable that you have it on the front if the sides are much dark. my car is 5% sides and 35% front, which i believe is the trickery combo.
Professionally, I sell fanlight film for cars and houses. I enjoy tinted thousands of windshields and would urge you not to go dark than 35% on the front. If you really want it to be dark and not comprehensible for the cops, limo the sides out and put a strip of limo tint on the windshield after you put the 35% on the entire windshield. the strip in the dark makes the windshield look untinted unless you compare it to a sports car without it.
and ucantcme is incorrect, even if you enjoy illegal tint, it is destruction of private property and vandalism. they can write you a ticket forcing you to remove it but thats it. unless you seize a stainless steel razor it will gash the glass, so you ruminate the police dept wants to be sued for risky a car for no function other than making your tint look discouraging?
I don't think its legally recognized to tint the front windshield. Personally, I like to see where on earth I'm going while driving.
