I think they should fashion it a law that the nouns must be covered. I called the trucking company to enlighten them about the chip, and they told me that I could put contained by a claim with my insurance. That's not what I be looking for. I simply wanted them to start making their drivers put covers on their trucks to prevent it from going on to others.
