I'm interested in doing a little customizing on my coup¨¦ and really wanted to get a race wheel, but am not sure if I am willing to endow with up an airbag for the style and feel of a racing controls. Are there wheels out in that on the market that have airbags? Or are here models that would be compatable with airbags?

I think Ferrari does. However it is not available to the broad public, u have to have a Ferrari to achieve it. The way I know this is because where I work we have a Ferrari Challenge Stradale crash into the guardrail and had airbag deployment on driver and passenger sides of the car.
Technically, any 3 spoke steering wheel is designed that process with performance within mind. It's just slightly bulkier because there's an airbag. If you were wondering if nearby was some super mini airbag or something... sorry.
