Answers: The MAIN effect is INEXPERIENCE, whether it's a teen or adult.
I know some rookie mature drivers that I wont get contained by the car beside.
The SECOND cause is individuals in a rush making death-defying maneuvers.
If you combine the two, you have a VERY perilous driver.
The THIRD is the idiot who passes a slower driver surrounded by an unsafe manner, later blames the slower driver.

I have more of a problem next to the 65+ crowd driving 15 mph under the speed hold back and changing lane whenever they want.
