Are the parents to blame?

There was a bleak accident that kill a 14 year old cheerleader over the weekend within Saint Petersburg Florida. The driver was a 15 year aged that only have a permit which states he must own a legal licensed driver surrounded by the passengers form and his mother allowed him to drive alone knowing the law. He crashed and kill another child in the vehicle near him. Should his mother who is an adult and know better be held accountable?

Answers:    The parents are to blame. The 15 year-old did know better but chose not to because his mom's finding took the responsibility off of his shoulders.

The mom is morally and reasonably liable and should be made to answer for her decision.

The 15 year-old son is morally liable and should be required by the court to share in a community service project (with his mom) to oblige educate other parents in the order of the devastation of other people's lives when these decisions are made.

His mother will be sued and will probably lose everything.

I have a feeling so sorry for the 14 year-old cheerleader's family.
