Do you deliberate that you deserved to...
One of the problems with disabled badge is that an astonishing TEN MILLION Brits have one - that's a whopping 1 in 6 - clearly lots of ancestors are playing the system. If such a large proportion of the population is "disabled" then we clearly own problems, like who will do all the work? What will occur if ALL of them want to park at the same time? There aren't 10 mllion disabled spaces nationally! The badge need to be harder to get.
I would go and get rid of parent and child spaces. It doesn't bother me, we are fit enough to have children, and so fit plenty to push the pram a little farther from the shop doors!
Remember some stores in busier parts of town already charge general public to use the car park, and only reimburse them if they spend a lb5 minimum contained by the store.
oh my goodness dont get me started on the parking trip I be almost in an altercation today this woman was packing her stall she be the last one on the council run car park and we dare to try and use the car park before she have vacated she was totally very abusive but me I stayed level-headed as you like and moved on honest they think that they own the world instead of a bit bit of tarmac

Tough! Its in that land. If it was me I would clamp the cars. Tow them away & charge the owner lb500 to procure there car wager on. Its just having a bit of respect for citizens that use the spaces for what they are meant for. People are lazy & insensitive. it would not bother me if the parent & toddler spaces were furthest away from the entrance to the shop. Its the space i need to receive my 10week old daughter in her ly down flat vehicle seat out. If I use a normal space I own to leave the car parked partially way out of the space. Take the entire car form out. Then drive the car fully in to its space.

hi
i was listening to the radio a few weeks ago and it said it be either asda or tesco had fined a pregnant woman for parking contained by a mum and child space, radio presenter was arguing with commissioner of the shop that because the lady was pregnant she be okay to park in that space, because in effect she have a child it was just within her tum, in the end the negotiator let her off near the lb30 ish fine, they have people very soon patroling car parks looking for offenders so be warn.
Speeding fines contained by your country?
they'll employ some little hitler (ex traffic warden) to travel round with a little wad putting fines on the windscreenAsda property is private property so they will get an outside enforcement company to hand out tickets. These tickets are legalized and if not payed you will eventualy end up contained by court.
Is it called for to take driving...
Hey, does that mean I can clamp people that park to the entrance to my driveway as thats private house. Maybe I can employ a OAP that looks like Hitler next to a wheel clamp, lb50 a time. Cool !I agree with asda. If you are unacquainted enough to get the fine, next you deserve it.
They will employ a firm to hand out fines. If someone kept parking and not paying i suppose that aswell as end up in court you could be banned from shop.
However some next to disabled badges also break law, when a designated driver uses it short actuallyhaving the 'owner' in the car.
Cant follow why any able bodied person would use the disabled / parents spaces.
Asda can set CHARGES for use of their coupé parks, but cannot issue FINES.
Their car parks are not public highways or public property, and they are not local authorities.
What exactly are they going to do when a vehicle is to be 'fined'? Write to the registered owner and constraint that the driver of the vehicle is identified to them under pain of prosecution? Obtain registered owner details from the PNC?
I help yourself to it they've not read "how to p*** off your customers in one unforced lesson". I DON'T park in disabled bays, but come on - go and get a life ASDA!
Say you got a lb60 fine for parking within a D.B.would you EVER shop there again? No - you'd be off to Tesco / Sainsbury's etc.
What they REALLY necessitate is special bays for 'sh1tty cars' and their drivers...I'm fed up of have my doors dented by scum in their 1992 Escort / Astra that's worth more or less lb30.
Yah Asda!! I'm a mum to a 6 month old and can I point out to some people its not the reality that we don't want to push our prams that little further its the space between cars so we can get the children out...!! I'm sure no one requirements there car bang with the door esp if you've only get a 3 door car!
Also the extra space is handy for us nappy brained mums to get contained by and out of spaces!!
What also annoys me is the drivers who are waiting in the cars in any mum and baby or disabled waiting for someone to come out Sit in another space and move out of it when you see whom ever coming that track you free up the space for others!!
Some people feel near are way too many spaces allotted for handicapped parking, while others have a feeling just the opposite. Here are some reason why handicapped parking spaces are needed:
A person's physical condition makes walking long distances nearly impossible.
It would be very harmful for a wheelchair user to traverse a parking lot, being at a height not perceptible to cars backing out of spaces.
A ramped or lift-equipped vehicle needs extra side space for ramp deployment.
I cogitate people in wheelchairs that are classed as disabled should no process be allowed reserved spaces, they're sitting down! They are not using any energy! Many people claim they don't want to be treated diffirently but they take up nice things like this?
Also parents and children deffinitly stipulation the wider spaces but why near the door, if there child isn't competent to walk they would be in a buggy specifically not hard to push, they walk up and down lofty streets so why can't they walk over a car park.
I consider if they are very unable to waddle across a car park then they should own a carer to do there shopping.

WHat is the traffic beside the center...
Here in the U.S. the police are called and the driver of the coupé is given a ticket. In my area it is $50.00 to $100.00 fine.I agree that it's Asda's land and they can do what they want.
There wishes to be some strict guidlelines set in... One in finicky that needs to be rectified and confirmed, is the reality that DISABLED folk take priority over people near kids!
I have a friend who is on disability coz she has rheumatoid arthrtitis, and she have a blue badge, coz she struggles to walk and transport stuff. Someone said 2 posts down that disabled badges are easy to take and that 10 million people have them!
She did NOT capture her blue badge easily, and I don't know where on earth anyone would get the idea that 10 million nation have them. can anyone provide proof of this..? It's the first *I* have hear of it!
Anyway, there was no disabled spaces at Asda, so she used a child space, as disabled pilfer priority over people with kids and you can park ANYwhere next to a blue badge - even on double yellows.
And when she came final to her car after doing her shopping; a man in a motor with his girlfriend and baby go ballistic at her for having the temerity to use one of "HIS" spaces.
She said, 'I am disabled and there be no disabled spaces; if you have a problem with this, be in motion see the store manager." He said 'you don't look very disabled to me you obese cow.' and she was really upset. this cretin had no perception how much pain she suffers day surrounded by and day out...
So because of this, I would like to see ancestors parking in DISABLED spaces fined heavily for sure... So there does call for to be some kind of rules... And dickheads like the one my friend encounter need to be educated within the fact that disabled people stipulation to be closer to the store much more than people with kids - who are fairly capable of walking...
As for the people who lug child spaces when they have no kids; it will come back on them, when they enjoy kids...
