Auto Accident Rear-Ended?

I was surrounded by a car fluke about 3 weeks ago. After choosing a repair shop which is also a blue-ribbon provider for my insurance, it’s taken adjectives this time for them to tell me they are going to bring my car to another shop for repair because the initial shop doesn’t resembling to do the repair that the insurance adjuster is recommending.

Ok, here’s the settlement I have a 07 Charger that be rear-ended the first shop told me that he would try to pull the rear-end out but he finished up having to cut the flipside passenger 1/4 panel, replacing the floor pan and some other things, in a minute the insurance adjuster is wanting to do something called a rear-end clip (getting a salvage reverse end) to replace the damaged one. I asked the first repair shop owner why he didn’t want to do the repair. He replied that it wasn’t worth the trouble. So logically that sounded a little fishy to me so I call some other local repair shops and was deeply told that there be risk involved and liability. I would like to know what the safekeeping risks of such a repair are and I don’t like the certainty that I have to transport my car to another shop because the first doesn’t want to do the repair.

Why do the road safekeeping programmes (police...

I would own a nice, long talk near my insurance company about totaling the motor. (Bring a lawyer.) The first repair shop (chosen by the insurance company) have already done more damage to your motor, and it is probably not worth trying to repair at this point.

How far apart should u put cones...

TELL THEM TO STOP NOW..................................

THIS VEHICLE SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL AT THIS POINT AND WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU TO DO MIGHT WORK BUT THERE WILL BE LIABILITY.

IF THERE IS THAT MUCH DAMAGE YOU WILL NEED TO GET WHAT IS CALLED DIMINISHED VALUE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, IF I SAID I CORRECT.

WHAT THAT MEAN IS, AFTER THE VEHICLE IS FIX AND HOPEFULLY CORRECT AND YOU DECIDE TO SELL IT AT A LATER DATE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE ACTUALLY VALVE THAT IT IS WORTH BECAUSE OF THIS ACCIDENT.

CALL YOU INSURANCE COMPANY AND TALK WITH THEM BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE, YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE THE DODGE DEALER DO THE WORK SINCE IT IS A 2007.

BE CAREFUL BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE GET THE BAD NEWS WHEN THEY DECIDE TO SELL OR TRADE A VEHICLE WITH THIS MUCH DAMAGE.
