I recently have a small back up camera installed. It in general only works when my sports car is in reverse.
However, on some streets when I am driving it will come on and endow with me an upside down picture, usually of Interstate 10 when I am a block away. Does anyone know anything about this?
Answers: The power-off on the display does not other work...it is often important to remove the power connector to turn it off.
The photo is often up-side down on power-up until the power is removed and re-connected. The button to rotate the model does not always work until the power is reset.
The sign flickers off every few second.
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE SEEN WITH THESE UNITS AND I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT THE MANUFACTURE CONCERNING THIS.
I BELIEVE THAT IT HAS TO DO A LOT WITH INTERFERENCE COMING FROM SOMETHING ELSE.
If it happens to be a remote camera your beneficiary might be tuned to a camera somewhere else that is practical the area, but it would give the impression of being strange to give you an upside down picture. Maybe your camera was not installed properly or your reciever is imperfect. Could be many things I guess but the upside down belief is hard to explain unless you can return with the makers of the display component to explain how the unit works.
