Answers: A lot of rails, drag bikes and funny cars are covering the 60' sap in 1.0 second and smaller amount. I'm positive that a lot of rail that do the 1/4 mile in more or less 3 seconds and at speeds of over 300mph are doing much faster than 75kph (about 46mph) in need any problems at the 60 foot mark. Speeds are approaching 100mph at that point.

I tried doing rather math - and my answer now is that I doubt it - 60 foot is simply too short of a distance in to return with up to that speed. The thing is, even going 20 miles per hour will go and get the car over 60 foot is a pretty short period.
