ok my friend got her drivers license not to long ago and within my opinion she is a fruitless driver.she doesn't know the signs and wat they mean partially the time, she can't park and is always weave in and out of lane. I honestly think she get her license by mistake. is there any means of access someone could report her and they could take fund her license saying she shoudn't of gotten it to start with contained by Texas?
