If i rear concluded someone's car, and both party decided to stride away without exchanging info. & file police report because threre doesnt seem to hold any damage to both cars would this come fund to bite in any ways? Thank you adjectives in credit for the answer.
Answers: It sure can. I work at a law organization and we do insurance defense. (I'm not a lawyer, only just and assistant)
If they wanted to they could find you, or consent to their insurance find you to recover any claim they report, or file a report lacking your info, or could have kept your plate number... possibilities.
but that's if they required too. sounds like it's not imagined that they'll want too considering no damage, and more work than it's worth.
It can be a wage but if neither party wishes to pursue a claim then it can work out only just fine.
also they have one and only two years (in my state) to find you and file a lawsuit if they want. newly so you know. :)
