Today 4 nuts on the wheel of my sports car were loose. 3 be fully off and 1 not tight. I want to know if this can transpire naturally or whether you muse this has possibly be tampered near.
Answers: An original reins with the lugnuts torqued to the correct tightness should not loosen when driven.
Aside from vandalism, something that prevents the pedals from sitting firmly against the hub will cause the lugs to loosen. Rust, corrosion, impolite lug nuts, a damaged pedals or a mechanical issue beside the car itself.
If you've just now had work done they may not enjoy tightened the lugs properly. If the wheels are aftermarket they may require retorquing everytime they are put support on the car.
