car 1 at blinking red light, stops looks around proceeds beside caution and car 2 comes around corner boss on into car 1, however, car 2 does not stop and go around corner and comes back parks car and parley to police. why did police not ask for stmt from car 1 and car 2 states after self hit she was confused and went around corner and come back. Police in report cited saloon 1. why?

Answers:    Because driver of car 2 probably told police that driver of car one did not stop at adjectives and just kept going through the blinking red light. I don't know why the police didn't pocket a statement from car one and why driver of car one didn't pass a statement.
Ultimately, it is still up to the insurance company to assign fault, provided both drivers have insurance.
