I was going 96 surrounded by a 70 on a highway in GA. I hold heard adequate about how irresponsible it be. I know I was self stupid and dont need a advocate. I want to go to court to see if I can acquire my fine of 704.00 reduced or my points taken off my story. If I go to court what plea should I enter? Not Guilty, Guilty, or No-Lo? I own no citations on my record. This would be my first offense. Is nearby a plea that works better than others when hoping to get penalty reduced?

on a first defilement they allow you to take a course contained by safety (at lowest in the state of Ohio) that costs 250 bucks, for a few hours that expunges the ticket from your story, look into that in your state, here may be something similar, all you would own to do is go to some classes for a few hours and money 250 bucks. but this can only be done one time
Take the ticket to a traffic clinic and they'll prevent points on your record. The attorney will do it for you you don't have to appear surrounded by court. You may have to compensate Court cost though.
Do not go to traffic conservatory, that's admitting that you be guilty and your attorney can't do anything about it. Whatever you do do not retribution ticket or take classes.

I am assuming that you were caught by a traffic radar device. You are not going to batter the ticket. The cost of a lawyer will more than probable exceed the cost of the fine.
Go to court and enter a guilty plea. Explain to the judge why you be driving so carelessly. Point out you own had a superlative driving record within the past. If you are honest next to the judge, he may drain the fine if he buys your story.
