I live in NJ and a short time ago turned 16 a few days ago. I passed my written test at university in drivers ed. near a 86. Now i need my travel document. Do I go to the DMV and carry my permit? or do my 6 hours and consequently get my warranty? i'm not sure of this, please someone help me.
