Okay I got my permit. It expires on May 16th. That's when I can properly drive by myself if I pass my driving test beforehand then. If i get a harsh conditions in february and pass my audition, will i be able to drive when i get a danger in february?

Answers:    Why would you get a difficulty licence? Are you the sole provider who lost his licence to alcohol, and needs to drive to work? Didn't think so.

What other basis could you have, other than wanting to drive? And where on earth do you live, some places don't give hardship licence for any reason whatsover.

Edit Jan 25: You should have given ample information so somebody could actually give you an answer. I told you straight up, some places do not enjoy hardship licences for any foundation in the world.
What I read on the DMV site for Arkansas is granting of hardship licence for work or conservatory to persons whose licence has be suspended. I see no mention of a hardship licence for a new driver. All the information is available on this page.
